Headline framework: Hyper Data Centres (>10 MW) receive 20% eligible CAPEX support up to ₹25 crore/unit and 50% eligible OPEX support up to ₹8 crore/year; Core Data Centres receive 10% CAPEX support up to ₹1 crore/MW and 30% OPEX support up to ₹4 crore/year for five years. Employment-linked support and Data Centre Park support also apply subject to the policy.
